Consensual Slavery Contract

Over the weekend, my Queen and i finally signed our D/s contract, officially making me Her owned slave and property.  In my last blog post, i promised, after obtaining  my Queen's permission, to post a copy of our contract here for all to read.  Please feel free to copy or use any or all of it as your own.

Consensual Slavery Contract

This contract of consensual slavery between _____________________, hereinafter referred to as “slave” and ________________, hereinafter referred to as “Queen”, is, and will be in effect for an unlimited time, as long as both parties continue to honor the contract.  This contract may be amended at any time by the agreement of, and by being signed by both parties.


slave’s Role

slave wishes to be owned by his Queen, completely, as Her property and agrees to love, honor, serve and obey his Queen, at all times, on a 24/7 basis.  slave agrees to give total control to his Queen in all decisions and situations as She may choose. slave agrees to make himself available to be used in any manner chosen by his Queen, whether sexual or domestic, at all times, when not at work or engaged in other non-scene activities as granted by his Queen.  The slave agrees to be bound, restrained and/or otherwise held captive by his Queen as She wishes, and for as long as She may choose. slave agrees that his Queen may, at Her discretion, choose to include others in scene related activities.


Queen’s Role

The Queen wishes to own Her slave, completely, as Her property on a 24/7 basis, and agrees to love and respect Her slave, and honor slave’s written hard limits.  The queen has the right to use Her slave for any purpose or activity, whether sexual or domestic, at any time She may choose. The Queen has the right to punish, tease, torment or torture Her slave for any reason She chooses, even if only for the sole purpose of Her entertainment or sexual satisfaction.  The Queen has the right to mark Her slave’s body in any way she chooses, either temporarily, or permanently.

The Queen agrees to engage in aftercare as appropriate after each scene or activity to ensure the emotional and physical well-being of Her slave.

The Queen may, at Her discretion, choose to include others in scene related activities, but agrees to monitor or supervise those activities to ensure the safety and well-being of Her slave.


Protocol

When in private, or out of the hearing range of others, slave will address his Queen as “my Queen”.  In public, or around non-scene friends and family, slave may address the Queen as “my Love”, or “Sweetheart”.

When in private, the Queen will address Her slave as “slave”, or any other name or term She chooses.   When in public, the Queen may address Her slave by his first name, or any other name she chooses as appropriate for the situation.

When in private, or in a scene situation, Queen and slave will assume their natural roles as Dominant Queen and slave, and all protocols will be in effect

When in public, or any non-scene situation, Queen and slave will act as if in a regular, vanilla relationship, although slave will always defer to his Queen.

slave will be required to be naked at all times when in private, unless directed otherwise by his Queen.

The Queen has the right to require Her slave to dress in a manner that is pleasing to Her at all times, whether in private, or in public.

slave will be required to wear his collar at any time as directed by the Queen. Upon those times, slave will kneel and present his collar to his Queen and place his hands behind his back while being collared by his Queen.  slave will also be required to wear jewelry or other symbols that represent his slave status as directed by his Queen.

slave is always required to be locked in his chastity cage, especially when not in the physical presence of his Queen, unless permission is granted otherwise by his Queen for special situations.  If allowed to be uncaged for the night by his Queen, slave will always present himself in an appropriate manner each morning for his Queen to attach the padlock to the chastity cage. His Queen will always keep the key with Her, on Her physical body, and may choose to wear it openly to indicate to others that Her slave is locked in chastity.

slave will be required to perform housework and other domestic tasks as directed by his Queen and may also be required to perform these tasks while naked, in chains or other restraints, or while dressed in any manner as his Queen may choose.

slave will be required to perform personal care duties such as massages, pedicures and foot rubs at any time as directed by his Queen.

slave acknowledges that his Queen will require him to perform tasks which may be unpleasant to Her slave, including tasks that may be humiliating to Her slave, either in private or in public.

Slave has requested of his own will that the use of safe-words be suspended, as he totally trusts his Queen’s judgement on the severity and duration of any activity in which She may wish to engage.
